KAITLYN STRUSS each scored for the third consecutive game as No. 12 Montclair State posted its third consecutive victory with a 3-0 win over Lebanon Valley College at the Drew Fall Festival on Saturday.

CHARISSE MYERS came up with a pair of defensive saves for the Red Hawks, who are off a 3-0 start for the third time in last five years.
For the second straight day Montclair got off to a quick start with an early goal Struss collected her fifth goal of the young season 11 minutes into the game as freshman
KAILEY DALGAUER slid a pass across the field to Struss in front of the goal for the 1-0 lead.
Santos made it a two-goal advantage 4:22 later knocking in a loose ball in front of the cage for her third goal of the year as MSU led by two at the break.
In the second half the defense came up with huge stops to keep the lead intact. Myers kept the ball out of the cage with a defensive save as she batted away a shot from Lyndee Sheaffer. Goalkeeper
REBECCA BRATTOLE denied Rachel Gorman twice on back-to-back shots and Myers added another defensive stop with 21:22 left.
Brattole recorded her final save with 14:28 to play and MSU added its final goal with 8:50 remaining when
ALEXIS AMBROSINO tapped in a pass from
KELLY KRAMER. It was Ambrosino's second goal of the year.
Brattole finished with five saves as she registered her first shutout of the season and the 13
th of her career.
Montclair State is back in action on Wednesday, September 9 on the road as the Red Hawks visit SUNY New Paltz for a 4:00 pm matchup with the Hawks.
