Talk about Montclair State football and the name Glen Morchauser is always mentioned. Not only did he letter for three years, he was also instrumental in getting the team to the 1970 Knute Rockne Bowl. Morchause was an outstanding halfback who made the NJSCAC All-Conference Team in 1969, 1970 and 1971. He was the team MVP in 1969, made the ECAC All-Star Team in 1972 and that same year was selected as one of the “Outstanding Athletes of America”. He held at one time five MSC all-time recorded including most touchdowns (35) and points scored (222).
