Gearity recorded the third-fastest time in Division III this season in the 400 meters as she returned to action last weekend at the NYC Gotham Cup held at the New Balance Track and Field Center in New York. Gearity placed seventh overall in the event as she ran 58.05 seconds against a field of Division I, II, III and club competitors. Gearity also finished in the Top 25 in the 60 meter hurdles (9.95 seconds) and helped the 4x400 relay team to a time of 4:16.14
