Brown wins hwer third honor of the season as she was also selected as the New Jersey Athletic Conference Rookie of the Week for the 10th time. Brown earned the final NJAC Rookie of the Week selection after averaging 15.5 points, 6.0 rebounds, and 2.5 steals per game during a 2-0 week of NCAA Tournament play which improved No. 5 MSU to 29-0 overall on the season. In the first NCAA Tournament game of her collegiate career, she registered 16 points on 8-of-12 shooting from the field, while adding five rebounds and three steals in an 87-47 NCAA first round win over Regis. One night later, she helped the Red Hawks advance to the sectionals of the NCAA Tournament for the first time in program history by tallying 15 points, seven rebounds, three assists, and two steals in a 71-51 NCAA second round win over host Lebanon Valley. Brown, the NJAC Rookie of the Year, currently ranks third in the conference in both steals (3.7 per game) and field goal percentage (.459).
