LaCava, named the NJAC Swimmer of the Week for second time this season, helped the Red Hawks to theirswam the third leg on both the 200 medley relay (2:01.46) and 200 freestyle relay (1:49.54) and then swam the top time in the 100 butterfly (1:01.54) and 200 individual medley (2:21.34). The 2013 NJAC Rookie of the Year also placed second in the 100 freestyle (1:00.92) and was third in the 500 freestyle (5:42.29).
