Berry was named the New Jersey Athletic Conference Men's Swimmer of the Week becoming the second different Red Hawk to earn that honor this season. Berry won six individual events during a 2-1 week of dual-meet competition for Montclair State. In a 120-85 road victory over Division I NJIT, he touched first in both of the 200 individual medley and the 100 backstroke with respective winning marks of 2:03.41 and 57.73. In a 156-122 victory over Vassar, he produced first-place showings in the 50 freestyle, the 100 freestyle, and the 200 individual medley with respective winning marks of 22.74, 50.00, and 2:05.08. Berry wrapped up the week during a 135-127 NJAC defeat to Ramapo by placing first in the 100 freestyle with a winning time of 48.57. Berry also was a member of MSU's 400 freestyle relay which produced a first-place mark of 3:20.11.
