Tobie, named the NJAC Player of the Week for the third time this season, played a key role in helping the No. 12/14 Red Hawks clinch a first-round bye in the upcoming NJAC Tournament as Montclair posted a come-from-behind victory over Ramapo at home and a road win at Richard Stockton to improve to 20-2 overall, 14-1 in the NJAC as it also extended its winning streak to six games. The 2013 NJAC Player of the Year, Tobie scored 17 of her 19 points in the second half as MSU rallied from a nine-point halftime deficit for a 69-59 win against the Roadrunners. Tobie finished the game with her fourth double-double of the year collecting 13 rebounds along with three assists and two blocks. Three days later she matched her career high with 32 points and came within a rebound of another double-double in an 86-64 win at Richard Stockton. Tobie shot 11-of-17 from the field and pulled down nine rebounds in addition to recording four assists, three blocks and two steals. Tobie shot 17-of-29 (.586) from the field in the two games, which included three field goals from behind the arc and was 14-of-16 at the foul line. Tobie, who moved into seventh place on the all-time scoring list with 1,319 points, is currently ranked in the Top 10 in the NJAC in eight categories. She is second in the league in scoring (17.8) and leads the conference in blocked shots (51). In addition she is ranked fourth in field goal percentage (.495), third in assists (87), fifth in free-throw percentage (.781), seventh in rebounding (8.3), 10th in steals (52) and second in assist-to-turnover ratio (1.6).
