Dwight Bostic became the second different Red Hawk to earn NJAC Rookie of the Week honors this season after averaging 12.0 points and 3.0 rebounds per game in a pair of key conference victories for Montclair State. He opened the week with 12 points, four rebounds, and one assist in an 80-79 overtime win over rival William Paterson. Three days later, he helped MSU extend its winning-streak to six games by tallying 12 points on 4-of-5 shooting from three-point range, while adding two rebounds in a 77-63 NJAC victory over Kean. Bostic, who helped key the win over William Paterson by going 4-of-6 from the foul line in the closing minutes of regulation and in overtime, currently ranks third in three-point field goal percentage against NJAC competition (.533).
