Huerta scored a pair of goals and added an assist helping the Red Hawks to a 1-0-1 start to the 2018 campaign. He scored the lone goal on a penalty kick as MSU earned a 1-1 draw at Oneonta in the season opener. Huerta then had a goal and assist as Montclair posted an 8-0 win over New Rochelle two days later.
