Johnson, the New Jersey Athletic Conference Diver of the Week, made the most of his first collegiate meet, setting the school-record in the 1-meter dive. He scored 227.55 on six dives, and 385.42 over 11 dives. His 227.55 mark broke Bryant Edwards mark of 220.72 against NYU on January 31, 2004, and his 385.42 mark bested Eric Loree's best of 381.05 set at the Metropolitan Championships on February 19, 2005. The senior helped lead Montclair State to a 117-86 victory over William Paterson University Saturday. The Red Hawks will be back in action on Wednesday when they host Vassar College in the final dual meet of the season.
