Copeland helped Montclair State off to a solid start to the 2012-13 indoor season with two Top 5 finishes at the CTC Relay Carnival on Sunday. He ran the third leg on the 4x400 relay team that finished third overall posting a time time 3:34.39. He then ran the second leg of the 4x800 relay team that placed fourth as that group clocked in at 8:26.57.
