The Montclair State University women's swimming & diving teams split with William Paterson University at Panzer Pool on Wednesday, Jan. 30. The Montclair women recorded a 131-101 victory over WPU, while the Red Hawk men dropped a 120-85 decision to the visiting Pioneers. The MSU women are now 7-9 overall (2-2 NJAC), while the MSU men fall to 3-9 overall.

MONIQUE FALLAHA (Montville, NJ), who took first place in both the voluntary and optional rounds of the One Meter Dive. Sophomore
COLLEEN GRIFFINÂ (Bloomfield, NJ) won the 50 Free (25.38 seconds) and the 100 Free (56.47) events, while junior
REGINA POTOCNIE (Whitehall, PA) won the 200 IM (2:22.81 minutes) and the 500 Free (5.40.08). Freshman
SHANE SCHWARZ paced the MSU men by winning the 200 Fly (2:10.45).
MSU will conclude its 2001-02 campaign at the 2002 Metropolitan Championships at Rutgers University on Feb. 22-24.
