The Red Hawks outshot the visiting Eagles, 19-5, in falling to 11-4-0 overall this season, while Juniata improved to 13-6-1. MSU is also now 5-2 at home this fall, after its first Sprague Field loss since Oct. 12.

MSU junior goalkeeper TRISHA WINKLE (Forked River, NJ/Lacey Township) had one save for the host Red Hawks, who outshot the Eagles, 10-1, in the first half, and 9-4 in the second stanza.

Juniata sophomore netminder MELONIE SAPPE' (Shavertown, PA/Dallas) turned aside 10 Montclair shots in recording her third straight shutout, including a game-high five on-goal attempts by MSU junior forward Megan Ulicny (Edgewood, NJ/Edgewood), the biggest one coming on a point-blank try with less than ten minutes left in regulation.
