Dover, DE (9/21/02) - The Montclair State University field hockey team suffered its second loss in three outings with a 2-0 setback today at Wesley (DE) College.

MSU is now 3-2 overall this fall, and 2-1 in non-conference games.

The host Wolverines avenged a 1-0 overtime loss to the Red Hawks back on September 30, 2001 in the opening round of the Wesley College Fall Field Hockey Tournament. Kim Robostello and Lindsey Williams scored for the host team in today's game, while Laurie Catalino made six saves as Wesley outshot MSU, 15-9.

Senior goalkeeper TRISHA WINKLE (Forked River, NJ/Lacey Township) made 18 saves for Montclair, which returns to action on Wednesday, Oct. 2, at Drew University.

The Red Hawks topped the Rangers, 2-1, last November in the second round of the 2001 ECAC Division III Mid-Atlantic Championships.
