The Red Hawks will face Tufts University in the Championship Game on Sunday, November 23 at 3:00 pm. Manhattanville will face FDU-Florham in the Consolation Game at 1:00 pm. Tufts defeated the Devils, 84-49. Kate Gluckman had 14 points for Tufts (1-0), which raced out to a 45-23 lead at halftime.

MSU led 34-30 at the half and led by five a minute into the period before VANESSA DEFREITAS (Kearny, NJ/Kearny) sank a three-pointer and Machin and Allen converted layups for a 47-35 lead with 17:18 to play. Terzian's basket with 13:32 remaining cut the lead to 10, but Allen made a field goal and Machin followed to push the lead back to 57-43 with just over 12 minutes left. Sarah Kinsley would get the Valiants back to 63-53 with 9:54 to go, but Machin sank a pair of free throws and DeFreitas a three-point play to give MSU a 15-point cushion.
