Glassboro, NJ (9/30/03) – The Montclair State volleyball team dropped its sixth straight match as the Red Hawks fell at defending NJAC champion Rowan University, 3-0, in NJAC action on Tuesday evening.
The Profs (8-7, 3-2 NJAC) won with game scores of 30-15, 30-17 and 30-21. The loss drops MSU's record to 4-20 on the season, 1-4 in the NJAC..

Outside hitter Kristen Wieme (Paramus, NJ/Paramus) led Rowan with 13 kills and 15 digs with middle blocker Jennifer Spargo (Succasunna, NJ/Roxbury) contributing with eight kills and three blocks. Lauren Haney (Fairfax, VA/Fairfax) and outside hitter Melissa Ferguson (Wilmington, DE/Ursuline Academy) added six kills apiece.
The Red Hawks return to action on Friday, October 3rd as they take part in the two-day FDU-Florham Tournament.
