Montclair, NJ (09/05/04) --- The Montclair State University men's soccer team claimed the 2004 Wellesley Inn Cup following a 2-2 double-overtime tie with Babson (MA) College today at MSU Soccer Park at Pittser Field.
MSU won the Cup on goal differential, having outscored its two opponents, 4-2, in tournament play, while Babson outscored its foes, 3-2.

MIKE HOGAN scored the tying goal with less than 25 minutes remaining in regulation, assisted by
TODD TUMELTY. Hogan earned Co-MVP honors along with Babson senior Steve Pagnotta, who scored BC's first goal just 7:25 into the game, deflecting home a shot by Matt Hart.
Sophomore Derek Losi made it 2-0 for the visiting Beavers at 27:43 off a Greg Scheipers set-up, before
KYLE HUGHES got MSU on the board just 33 seconds before halftime off a goalmouth scramble initiated by
RYAN MORGAN and
BILL ANTHES.
