Montclair, NJ - It the end of another season for Montclair State and the Red Hawks will look to close out 2017 with a victory as it hosts local rival William Paterson at Sprague Field.
It will also be Senior Day as Montclair honors the 18 seniors on this year's squad including captains

Last week Montclair snapped a three-game losing streak beating Rowan in Glassboro, 13-3.
ANTHONY TRAVISANO rushed for 128 yards, including a 66-yard TD run in the third quarter that snapped a 3-3 tie.
HUNTER DALY kicked two field goals. Cordasco had 10 tackles and Betts added nine as the Red Hawks held Rowan to 138 yards of offense.

William Paterson fell short against visiting Southern Virginia 16-6 in its final home game last week. Senior defensive lineman Omar Mahmoud registered a career-best 24 total tackles (13 solo), including 4.5 for a loss. Sophomore quarterback Cornelius Kitchen went 22-for-48 for 214 yards and a score, and senior wide receiver Tyler Vivian caught eight passes for 92 yards, including a 10-yard touchdown. Linebacker Charles Faulkner forced a fumble while making eight tackles.

This will be the 47th meeting between the two local rivals who are separated by nine miles. Montclair has dominated the series winning 42 of the 46 meetings with one tie mixed in. Last season, WPU snapped a 22-game losing streak to the Red Hawks with an 18-13 win in Wayne.
