Montclair, NJ – The Montclair State swimming and diving teams compete against Drew University and Moravian University Friday evening.

LAST TIME OUT
The Red Hawks competed against TCNJ, with the men's team suffering a 168-99 setback while the woman fell 178-103.
TAYLOR WADDLETON won the 1,000-freestyle, while rookies
AMBER ROCHELEAU and
ABBY BROCK won the 200-free and 100-breaststroke, respectively.
EMILY ROTHAMEL closed out the female winners as she took top honors in the 200-breaststroke. On the men's side,
SPENSER DUBOIS claimed first in the 100-backstroke while rookie
BRANDON DO won the 200-breaststroke.
AWARD SEASON
Brock and Do were named the NJAC Rookie of the Week for their respective teams after winning an event in their first collegiate meet last weekend.
DREW REPORT
The Rangers notched wins on both the men and women's side on Saturday as they topped Catholic. Finn Armitt and Hayden Koh each participated in four victories in the men's 154.5-127.5 win, as the Rangers took first in 10 of 16 events. The women's team picked up a 167-126 win over Catholic, winning nine of 16 events. Katerina Poulathas won three individual events in her collegiate debut.
MORAVIAN REPORT
The Greyhounds are a first-year program and are competing in their first meet in program history. Swimming becomes the 21st and 22nd athletic team at Moravian.
LAST MEETING
The Red Hawks men's team fell to Drew 165-112 on October 11, 2019.
TYLER DORSETT won the 1,000-freestyle (10:34.8), while Kevin Gibson took first in the 50-freestyle (22.73). The women's team topped Drew 147-133 as
EMILY ROTHAMEL, Claire Luigard, and Madison Franke each recorded a win in individual competition and a relay.
SERIES HISTORY
The men's team is 21-5 all-time against Drew but has dropped two straight. They won 16 consecutive meets against the Rangers from 2003-2017. The women's team is 23-3 all-time against the Rangers, including the last 18 against their in-state rivals.
