Over the last 10 games, Rutgers-Newark has won six of those, however, the Red Hawks have been victorious in four of the last six, including a 77-73 triumph in the last meeting in February 2020. The teams have met three times in the NJAC Tournament with Rutgers-Newark claiming all three contests (2005, 2009 and 2014).
