THE TEAMS:
The Red Hawks (7-0, 5-0 NJAC), completed the first undefeated regular season in program history and claimed the top spot in the NJAC Tournament for the first time. Montclair won a pair of games last week, downing Rutgers-Camden 22-2 before clipping Rowan 13-10.
TRISTIN KONEN was named the NJAC Offensive Player of the Week, while
KATHERINE YARUSSO gained Defensive Player of the Week honors. Entering the tournament as the fourth seed, the Ospreys downed Rutgers-Camden for the second time to three days, winning 15-1.

POSTSEASON HISTORY:
The Red Hawks are 2-6 in the NJAC playoffs, winning semifinal matchups against Rowan in 2016 (10-9) and 2017 (10-6). This marks the Ospreys first ever NJAC Tournament game, but won the ECAC Championship in 2018. Neither team has ever won the NJAC title, as TCNJ has won all but one championship since the tournament started in 2009.

The Red Hawks have won the last eight meetings, including a 14-13 victory in overtime this season. The Red Hawks trailed 12-6 with 20 minutes left and 13-8 with 9:30 to go before storming back to win on
BRITTANY COSTIGAN's overtime winner. The two sides have never met in the postseason.
