Montclair, NJ – The Montclair State women's lacrosse team placed eight student-athletes on the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association Honor Roll Tuesday.

RHIANNON BROWN, CLARE ECKELS, MEGHAN GORMAN, TRISTIN KONEN, ALLYN LILIEN, MEGAN MAHLSTADT, JULIA MALTAGLIATI, and KATHERINE YARUSSO were all named to the Honor Roll. To be eligible for this honor, student-athletes must be a junior, senior, or graduate student and have earned a cumulative academic GPA of 3.50 or greater.

The eight upperclassmen helped lead the Red Hawks one of the best seasons in program history. The team posted an 8-1 record and earned the No. 1 seed in the New Jersey Athletic Conference Tournament. Montclair downed TCNJ for the first time in program history and had three student-athletes named IWLCA All-Americans.
