Montclair, NJ – The Montclair State men's basketball team hosts Ithaca College in their home opener Friday.

LAST TIME OUT
The Red Hawks cruised to a 93-51 victory over Brooklyn College Tuesday. STEVEN BREEMAN notched a game-high 20 points as MIKE JACKSON recorded 13 points and seven rebounds. Montclair State received 42 points from their bench, led by 10 from HENRY MEYERS in just six minutes.

SCOUTING THE BOMBERS
Ithaca was clipped 82-80 by SUNY Cortland Tuesday evening. The Bombers trailed by nine with 3:19 left in the second but reeled off eight consecutive points to cut the gap to one. They could not get any closer as a jumper at the buzzer was off line.

LAST MEETING
In their only previous matchup, Ithaca tallied a 101-87 on January 5, 2020. Jalen Parham had 17 points as Irving Callender IV recorded a double-double of 12 points and 10 rebounds.
