Women's Lacrosse: Game Day Preview vs. Farmingdale State

Montclair, NJ – The Montclair State women's lacrosse team hosts Farmingdale State in non-conference action Wednesday afternoon.

LAST TIME OUT
On Saturday, the Red Hawks (2-4) topped Moravian 14-10. Senior KAITLYN ARCEDE found the back of the net five times, and KAITLIN ZAZZARO forced seven turnovers. In goal, ALLYN LILIEN denied 14 shots for her second victory of the season.

SCOUTING THE RAMS
The Rams are 2-5 on the season and topped Mount Holyoke 12-8 in their last game on March 16. The win over Mount Holyoke snapped a two-game losing skid for the Rams.

SERIES HISTORY
The Red Hawks are 13-4 all-time against Farmingdale State and have won the last six meetings in the series. Their previous setback came on April 13, 2013, as the Rams notched a 16-15 victory. The Red Hawks rebounded and topped Farmingdale 16-13 in the Skyline Conference Tournament Championship that season.

LAST MEETING
Montclair State notched a 16-4 win in their last meeting on February 21, 2020. The Red Hawks raced out to a 10-0 lead 14 minutes into the contest as Kyle Graver paced the offense with four goals. RHIANNON BROWN chipped in three goals, and four assists as Amanda Maguire and ALLYN LILIEN combined to make 10 saves.
