Women's Lacrosse: Game Day Preview vs. Ramapo

Montclair, NJ – The Montclair State women's lacrosse team hosts Ramapo College in New Jersey Athletic Conference play Tuesday evening.

LAST TIME OUT
The Red Hawks (5-5, 1-1 NJAC) shut out Rutgers-Camden 19-0 Saturday afternoon. TRISTIN KONEN tallied four goals and two assists as MORGAN CONNON registered three goals and two assists while adding nine draw controls. CLAUDIA FRYE forced five turnovers on the defensive end and scooped up three ground balls. The 19-0 triumph was the Red Hawks' first clean sheet in exactly eight years.

SCOUTING THE ROADRUNNERS
Ramapo is 1-9 on the season and 0-3 in the NJAC. The lone victory of the season came against Centenary on March 23, when they won 19-3.

SERIES HISTORY
The Red Hawks are 14-0 all-time against the Roadrunners and averaging over 17 goals in those 14 matchups. The smallest margin of victory came in 2010 when they won 14-11.

LAST MEETING
The Red Hawks knocked off Ramapo 15-4 in their last meeting on April 23, 2019. Chelsea Orban netted four goals as Kyle Graver and Casey Provost recorded one goal and four assists. ALLYN LILIEN and Amanda Maguire combined for 11 saves in the victory, with Lilien making seven stops.
