AMBER REED and sophomore
KAYLA COSENTINO each had three RBI games as Montclair State swept its NJAC doubleheader from New Jersey City, 9-0 and 11-3 at the Thomas M. Gerrity Complex on Tuesday.

KAYLA VOLANTE spun a five-hit shutout in the opener helping the Red Hawks (22-15, 6-10 NJAC) extend their winning streak to three games.
Volante (11-5) tossed her fifth shutout of the season as she struck out two and walked two.
Montclair gave Volante all the run support she turned out to need in the first inning. Reed cracked a two-run single that scored
ALYSSA BOROZAN and Cosentino.
ALEXIS LAW added a sacrifice fly for the 3-0 lead. MSU added two more in the fifth. Reed cme through with an RBI ground out with
STEPHANIE SERETIS lined a run-scoring double Montclair increased its lead to 5-0.
Borozan doubled in a run in the sixth two batters before Sibilio crushed a three-run homer to center, her team-leading fifth of the season.
Seretis finished the game 4-for-4 with Sibilio and Borozan each recording two hits.
In the second game, Montclair jumped all over the Gothic Knights with nine runs in the first inning. Cosentino drove in the first with a double with Seretis driving Cosentino home with an RBI single.
ALEXIS LAW drew a bases-load walk and
DANIELLE DECARLO plated two with a single for a 6-0 advantage.
Borozan collected an RBI bse hit for the seventh run with Cosentino capping it off with a two-run single as MSU led 9-0.
ALI CAVALLARO struck out four before giving way to Seretis, who tossed three scoreless innings.
Borozan and Cosentino each went 3-for-4 with Reed posting two more hits.
The Red Hawks close out their regular-season schedule on Saturday, April 30 on the road. Montclair will be in Galloway, NJ for a doubleheader against Stockton beginning 1:00 pm.
