Montclair, NJ – The Montclair State women's lacrosse team visits Kean University in New Jersey Athletic Conference play Tuesday afternoon.

SCOUTING THE COUGARS
Kean is an even 7-7 overall and 2-2 in the NJAC. They dropped their last two games, falling to TCNJ and Rowan. They posted consecutive shutouts against Eastern (16-0) and Marywood (15-0) earlier in the season.

SERIES HISTORY
The Red Hawks are 28-2 all-time against Kean, falling in their first meeting in 1997 and 2017. Montclair State has won four straight since the setback in 2017, surrendering single-digit goals in three of the four games.

LAST MEETING
Last spring, the Red Hawks notched a 15-3 win over the Cougars at Sprague Field. They scored the first eight markers of the game, and BRITTANY COSTIGAN became the program leader in draw controls.
