Montclair, NJ – The Montclair State field hockey team welcomes Muhlenberg to campus for a matchup Saturday afternoon.

LAST TIME OUT
The Red Hawks (1-4) notched their first victory of the season Wednesday, topping No. 20 Vassar 4-0. TORI SUTERA tallied two goals and an assist, while CARLIE VAN TASSEL added a goal and an assist for Montclair State.

SCOUTING MUHLENBERG
The Mules are 2-3 on the year despite dropping their first two games in overtime. They have since rebounded to win two of their last three, including a 3-1 triumph over FDU-Florham Wednesday night.

SERIES HISTORY
Montclair holds a 15-5 edge in the all-time series, including four straight. Muhlenberg's last victory came on October 14, 2015, in a 1-0 triumph.

LAST MEETING
The Red Hawks notched a 4-3 shootout victory in their last meeting on October 4, 2019. Montclair State trailed 3-1 in the 40th minute, but Kelly Watson capped off her hat-trick in the 48th minute to force overtime. Elizabeth Cimilluca scored the deciding goal in a shootout to give MSU the win.
