SCOUTING RUTGERS-NEWARK
The Scarlet Raiders are 5-13 on the year, including a 3-8 mark in the NJAC. They snapped a three-game losing skid Wednesday as they topped Ramapo 65-64 before dropping a 67-65 decision to Kean Saturday.
