Montclair, NJ – The Montclair State men's basketball team hosts Kean University in New Jersey Athletic Conference play Saturday.

LAST TIME OUT
The Red Hawks (19-4, 13-3 NJAC) came back from a 19-point halftime deficit to stun Ramapo College 85-79 in overtime Wednesday. Trailing by three with under five seconds to go, KIERAN FLANAGAN drained a three-pointer with one second left to force overtime. After being held scoreless in the first half, STEVEN BREEMAN tallied 25 points over the second period and overtime for the win.

SCOUTING KEAN
The Cougars are 17-6 on the season, including a 10-6 mark in the NJAC. After opening the year with 12 consecutive wins, Kean is only 5-6 over their last 11 games. They have been on a decent run as of late, picking up wins in three of their previous four contests.

LAST MEETING
The Red Hawks knocked off Kean 86-81 on January 14. MIKE JACKSON tallied a team-high 26 points as STEVEN BREEMAN registered 16 and nine rebounds. The Cougars received a double-double of 27 points and 16 rebounds from Griffin Barker in the loss.

SERIES HISTORY
Montclair State is 101-46 against Kean, including two consecutive triumphs. Inside the friendly confines of the Panzer Athletic Center, Montclair is 30-15 and hasn't been topped at home since January 21, 2015.
