LAST TIME OUT
The Red Hawks (9-6, 4-4 NJAC) were edged by Rowan 98-88 in overtime on Wednesday, January 10. SAMAR ABDULLAH scored a career-high 17 points to go along with a season-high seven rebounds. FRANCISCO PAULINO recorded 15 points, also a career-high. Montclair received 56 points from its bench, holding a 37-point advantage in that category.

SCOUTING KEAN
The Cougars enter Saturday's contest with a 7-8 record, including a 4-4 mark in NJAC play. They have lost six of their last seven games, including their most recent on Wednesday, January 10, as they fell 85-80 to Stockton. D.J. Alicea led Kean with 20 points and six rebounds on the night, with four other Cougars scoring in double-figures.

SERIES HISTORY
Montclair is 102-46 all-time against Kean and has won 13 of the last 16 meetings, including three-straight. The Red Hawks defeated the Cougars 82-81 in the most recent meeting and have won the last eight clashes between the two sides at the Panzer Athletic Center.

LAST MEETING
Montclair took down Kean 82-81 on February 11, 2023, at the Panzer Athletic Center. STEVEN BREEMAN scored a game-high 23 points and became the 26th student-athlete in program history to score 1,000 points. The senior hit back-to-back three-point shots with two minutes remaining, and KEYON PRYCE converted two free throws with under 10 seconds left to seal the victory for the Red Hawks.
