SCOUTING RUTGERS-NEWARK
The Scarlet Raiders enter Wednesday's contest with a 2-16 mark, including a 1-10 record in NJAC play. Rutgers-Newark will look to snap an eight-game losing streak and earn its first victory since December 9. They fell in their most recent contest to Kean, 84-61, on Saturday, January 20. Samiyah Horton led Rutgers-Newark in scoring with 16 points, and Raihanna Abdus-Salaam added 15 and seven boards off the bench.

Montclair leads the all-time series between the two sides 67-7 and has claimed the last 23 meetings.
