Box Score Sparks, MD – The Red Hawks topped by the Mustangs of Stevenson University, 18-5, Saturday afternoon during spring break trip to USA Lacrosse Headquarters.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- Montclair went down 1-0 in the thirteenth minute to Stevenson. A goal from KAELEY SEK off an assist from CHELSEA STACK tied the score for the Red Hawks.
- The second goal of the quarter for the Red Hawks was from AMRA LUKOVIC, her first of the season. The Red Hawks were down 8-2 going into the second.
- Stack tallied another assist as KYRA MORENA scored in the second minute of the second quarter. The Red Hawks trailed 13-3 going into halftime.
- Stack had a free position shot 46 seconds into the third after LUCIANA FERRARA won the first draw, but the shot was blocked. She then added another assist to the book as LEXI ROBINSON scored with 4:47 left in the third.
- NORAH MONAGHAN scored the last goal of the game in the sixth minute of the fourth. The Red Hawks ended the game down 18-5.
