Montclair, NJ – The Montclair State University volleyball team wraps up their weekend in Hoboken, NJ with a matchup against Wentworth on Saturday.

LAST TIME OUT
Montclair State University fell to William Smith in four sets to kick off the quad match in Hoboken on September 21. After taking the first set 25-16, Montclair narrowly fell in the second before the Herons took the third by 14 points. In the fourth, the Red Hawks came up just short. In the nightcap, Montclair fell to Stevens in five sets. The Red Hawks fell in the opening stanza before bouncing back with set victories in the second and third, before the Ducks battled back to win the last two.
CAMRYN MUUSS set a new career-high with 21 kills against Stevens and finished with 32 on the day.
RACHEL CURRAN notched her fifth double-digit kill contest of the season with 14 against the Ducks.

SCOUTING WENTWORTH
The Leopards come into the matchup with a record of 8-3 after falling to Stevens in four sets on Friday, September 20. Last season, Wentworth posted an overall record of 23-6 en route to winning the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Championship, 3-2 against Endicott. They were an NCAA Tournament team but saw an early exit as they were downed in their first-round match against Springfield, 3-0. In this year's CCC Preseason Poll, they were projected to finish second right behind Endicott.

The Red Hawks and the Leopards face off for the fourth time in program history. Montclair holds the all-time record at 2-1.
LAST MEETING
The last time out between Montclair and Wentworth was last season on the campus of Misericordia where the Red Hawks edged the Leopards, 3-2 on September 15, 2023.
