LAST TIME OUT
Montclair was victorious in its dual meet against Stevens. The Red Hawks were led by the pair of VINCENT TERZO and PETER JARZAB, who each collected a pair of individual wins in the meet. Terzo was victorious in both the 500 free (4:54.47) and the 1000 free (10:14.33), while Jarzab won the 100 fly (51.01) and the 200 fly (1:59.60). MICHAEL SALVATORI and MAX SMILEVSKI each notched individual wins in the event. Salvatori won the 200 back with a time of 1:57.41, and Smilevski won the 200 free with a time of 1:46.37. Salvatori also clocked a 100 back time of 1:57.41 that finished second. ALEX PASQUINI finished right behind Terzo in the distance events, touching the wall second in the 500 free (4:58.81) and 1000 free (10:16.32). He was joined by BOBBY FREECE, who also saw a pair of second-place finishes. He placed second in the 100 free (49.02) and the 200 free (1:46.39). Also seeing second-place individual finishes were ADRIAN GONZALEZ, FILIP SALEK, and Matthew Dettlinger. Gonzalez placed second in the 200 fly with a time of 2:02.07, Salek clocked a 1:01.77 in the 100 breast for second, and Dettlinger finished second in the 100 breast with a time of 1:01.20. Salek also touched the wall third with a time of 2:14.97. MICHAEL WOJCIECHOWICZ saw second and a pair of third-place individual finishes in the meet. He finished second in the 50 free with a time of 22.12 and touched the wall third in both the 100 free (49.09) and 200 free (1:49.59). ANDREW PEARCE and DARREN ROCKWELL each added a third-place finish to the Montclair total. Pearce touched the wall third in the 100 back (57.10), and Rockwell finished third in the 200 back (2:04.47). Montclair's "A" relay of Pearce, Dettlinger, Jarzab, and Freece finished second in the 200-medley relay with a team time of 1:38.32. The 400-free relay quartet of Dettlinger, Smilevski, Terzo, and Wojciechowicz finished the meet with a win when they clocked a time of 3:14.18.
