SCOUTING ITHACA
The Bombers enter this face-off as the 23rd-ranked team in the nation, according to the IWLCA Division III Coaches Poll. They also sport a 1-0 record after downing SUNY Brockport in their first matchup this past Saturday. Last season, Ithaca went 14-7 and finished 7-3 in Liberty League play. In the conference tournament, Ithaca rode wins against Vassar (19-10), RIT (13-12), and Union (14-13) to become Liberty League Champions. With an automatic qualification to the NCAA Tournament, the Bombers bested Oswego State, 17-13 in the first round, before falling to Middlebury, 20-5 in the second round. According to the 2026 Liberty League Preseason Poll, Ithaca is slated to finish second in conference this season.
