Biography

Prep: Two-time Second Team All Essex County in the Long jump—Second Team All Essex County in the 400meters—2010 New Jersey State Meet of Champions finalist (8th) in the long jump—Freshman Rookie of the Year for indoor and outdoor Track and Field.

Personal: Desires to work in the field of Athletic and Fitness Training and eventually open her own fitness gym—Her favorites are the color yellow, baked chicken, yellow rice and string beans, and the movie “Remember the Titans.”--Lists Allyson Felix as her favorite athlete and her Nana, Vaboree Thompson, as an inspiration in life--  Beaira Dee Thomas is the daughter of Gary and Denise Thomas—Born July 17, 1993 in Irvington, NJ.
