2022 SEASON: Took 10th in 14:53.7 in the season-opening TCNJ Blue/Gold Invitational on September 2...finished 26th at the NJACÂ Championships in 24:39.6 on October 29...took 60th in 25:38.1 at the NCAA Metro Regionals on November 12.
2021 SEASON: Second Team All-NJACÂ after placing 11th in 24:38.8 at the NJAC Championships on October 30....placed 41st in 24:06.6 at the NCAA Division III Metro Region Cross Country Championships on November 13...notched top-20 times at the Osprey Open (September 25), NJIT Highlander Challenge (October 2), and Rowan Inter-Regional Border Battle (October 16.)
2019 SEASON: Second Team All-NJAC...14th at the NJAC Championships, posting a time of 24:03.7...eighth overall in 21:20.3 at the Ramapo College XC Season-Opener...recorded personal-best times in the 4K, 5K, 6K, and 3.11-mile events this year.
2018 SEASON: Three-time NJAC Rookie of the Week...led the Red Hawks at the NCAA Regionals, finishing 129th overall with a time of 25:24.4...recorded a first-place time of 19:47.7 at the Nick Russo Halloween Classic...helped MSU win the Caldwell Cougar chase with a fourth place time of 19:37.45...placed 1th in the 5K at the NJIT Highlander XC Challenge with a time of 19:57.
