Eileen O’Reilly begins her 11th season as the head coach of the field hockey program in 2025.
 
O’Reilly, who has amassed 110 career victories entering the season, boasts the second-most victories in program history. Under O’Reilly’s tutelage, the Red Hawks reeled off 12 consecutive wins to open the 2017 campaign, reaching as high as No. 3 in the NFHCA Top-25 Poll.

Career Overview

  • Named the 17th head coach in program history in June 2015.
  • Sent Montclair to six NJAC Tournaments, including the NJAC Championship Game in 2016.

Educational-Personal
  • Served as top assistant coach at Manhattanville College prior to joining Montclair.
  • Was an Assistant Coach at Montclair in 2013 before being elevated to Associate Head Coach in December 2014.
  • Graduated from Franklin & Marshall in 2011 with a bachelor's degree in Spanish and American Studies and was Magna Cum Laude and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
  • Earned Masters Degree from Manhattanville in Education and Masters in Educational Leadership from Montclair State in 2019.
  • Native of Briarcliff, NY.
