Marissa Siconolfi begins her seventh season as a member of the coaching staff following a very successful playing career that concluded in 2018. She was promoted to Associate Head Coach on February 13, 2025.

A standout defender, Siconolfi, who helped MSU to three consecutive NCAA Division III Tournament berths, appeared in 55 games and was a two-time First-Team All-NJAC in addition to being named All-Region by the National Field Hockey Coaches Association in 2017 and 2018.
