Czar Wiley is in his fourth season with the Red Hawks and work with the linebackers.

The former All-Atlantic 10 selection came to MSU following 12 seasons at North Bergen High School, his scholastic alma mater. Wiley began his career with the Bruins as defensive backs coach and worked his way up to defensive coordinator before taking over the reins of the program for four years. A multi-sport athlete, Wiley captained North Bergen to an undefeated campaign in 1997 capped off with the NJSIAA State Championship. He was named First-Team All-State in both football and baseball and was chosen as the 1998 Hudson County Athlete of the Year. Wiley went on to play four seasons at the University of New Hampshire and was a defensive captain for three seasons. He was selected All-New England in 2001 and 2002 and was a member of the All-Atlantic 10 Team in 2002.

Wiley earned his bachelor’s degree from UNH and later earned a post-bachelor’s degree from MSU in Physical Education. He completed his master’s degree in Educational Administration from the University of Scranton and is currently a Vice Principal in the North Bergen School District.
