Entering his 17th year of coaching and season number four is Josh Resto who will once again work with the Red Hawks wide receivers. In his first three seasons, Resto has had four of his pass catchers earn All-NJAC honors, including A. J. Letizia (2009, 1st Team), Scott Kubrak (2009, 2nd Team), Byron Lewin (2011, 1st Team) and Dan Keegan (2010, 2nd Team & 2011, 1st Team). A graduate of Syracuse University with a bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Resto came to MSU after serving as the wide receiver/defensive back coach at Ramapo High School in Franklin Lakes, NJ from 2006-2009. Resto began his coaching career at Syracuse in 1996 as a student assistant coach for the Orange, being a part of 4 bowl games. 2 BCS Bowls (Orange & Fiesta), Insight.Com Bowl and Music Liberty Bowl. In 2001 he moved onto Fort Lee High School assisting the wide receivers/defensive backs while also spending five years coordinating. Resto is currently a teacher at MLK Elementary School in Paterson, NJ and resides in Hackensack, NJ.
