Steve Rybak joined the Coaching Staff for his first season in 2023.

A veteran with 16 years of coaching experience in both high school and college, Rybak serves as the Running Backs Coach. A former Paramus Catholic Head Coach, he also was an Offensive Coordinator and Assistant Head Coach for Paladins. His coaching career includes stops at Bergen Catholic, DePaul Catholic, and William Paterson University.

His teams have made seven State Championship appearances, winning two of them.
