Zach Warech enters his second season as an Assistant Coach for Men's Basketball in 2025-26.

During the 2024-25 campaign, Warech was part of the group named NJAC Coaching Staff of the Year for guiding the Red Hawks to the NJAC Championship and their second NCAA Tournament appearance in three seasons.

Prior to his time at Montclair, Warech played four seasons at Ithaca College, accumulating 103 appearances, 34 starts, and 535 points.
