A three-time Olympian, Howard Lindsay is in his fourth season with the Red Hawks. Lindsay competed for Antigua in the 1984 Summer Olympic Games in Los Angeles and also took part in the 1988 Games in Seoul and 1996 Games in Atlanta. He participated in Antigua's 4x100 and 4x400 relay teams and was an individual participant in the 200 meters in 1988. At the Atlanta Games, Lindsay and his teammates set a new national record in the 4x400 relay. In addition to his Olympic competition, Lindsay has won several gold medals at the Millrose Games, Penn Relays and the United States Track and Field Championships. Lindsay is still an active runner competing in the Master's division. Last year he ranked in the Top 10 in the nation in the 110 hurdles (4th) and 400 hurdles (2nd) in the outdoor season. He was also ranked fifth in the 60 meters hurdles indoors and was seventh in the indoor 200 meters.
