2023-24 SEASON: Set school-record in the mile (4:34.4) and netted a PR in the 800 (2:04.54) at the NYU DIII Invitational...tallied a PR in the 5K (15:51.29) at the Fastrack National Invitational...finished fifth in the DMR (11:07.86) at the NJAC Indoor Championships.

2022-23 SEASON: Placed eighth in 800 (2:07.94) at the Monmouth Winter Invitational...Season-low time of 9:19,03 in the 3,000-meter at the Fastrack Invitational...took sixth in the DMR (11:14.9)

Personal/High School: Marketing major...son of Jasmine and Mohammad...Second Team All-Big North in high school...attended Bergen Community College prior to Montclair State...favorite movie is Without Limits...favorite athlete is Matthew Centrowitz.
