Jon Lanzalotto '21 returns to Montclair State as an assistant coach working primarily with the offense for the Red Hawks lacrosse team.
The 2021 Montclair State graduate spent the last year and a half as the Director of Operations of the Rutgers Men's Lacrosse Team, working with a Final Four coaching staff. His duties included being in charge of practice flow and day to day activities, and assisting with scouting opponents via film.
Prior to Rutgers, Lanzalotto was an assistant coach at Madison High School, working with the defense.
Lanzalotto is also the Event and Tournament Director and Offensive Director for Riot Lacrosse Club, where he has been a head coach for the last five years.
During his time at Montclair State, Lanzalotto accumulated 11 goals and 8 assists while playing in 27 games over the course of his three year career for the Red Hawks. While playing, he spent time as the freshmen coach at Montclair High School.
