A former standout Red Hawk player, Marlon Pollard begins his 23rd season as an assistant coach with the Red Hawks.

A four-year letterwinner, Pollard was an All-NJAC, All-Region and All-America selection during his playing career as well as the Montclair State Senior Athlete of the Year in 1999. In his career, Pollard scored 20 goals and added 24 assists for 64 points. He ranks among the Top 15 all-time in points and assists and was inducted into the Montclair State Athletics Hall of Fame in 2008.
