Brandon Hillman has been a track and field coach specializing in sprints, jumps, and hurdles for six years. Coaching at various high schools in the Northeast Pennsylvania and North Jersey areas, as well as coaching at Montclair State for the past three years. Aside from coaching he has many years competing at high levels throughout his high school and college experience. As an athlete at Verona High School, he has set many school records in relays, as well as individual events including Triple Jump, 60H, 110H, and 400H. He has many top 6 finishes at the County, Conference, Sectional, Group, and State meets, including a 6th place finish in the 400H at the 2008 NJ Meet of Champions. His high school success carried over into college at East Stroudsburg University where he consistently finished top 8 in the competitive PSAC conference in Jumps and Hurdles. Adding to his achievements, he also provisionally qualified for DII Nationals in Triple Jump several times, while having a jump that was 8th best in the Nation for all DII athletes.
