2025 Season: Competed in the shot put (11.70m), discus throw (26.70m), and hammer throw (29.75m) at the NJAC Championships... Placed 10th in the shot put (11.56m) at the Muhlenberg Invitational 

2024 Season: Opened the outdoor season with a 12th-place throw of 31.11m in the discus and 14th in the hammer (32.09m) at the Ramapo Invitational...finished 13th in the shot put (12.04m) at the NJAC Outdoor Championships.

2023 Season: Posted top-16 marks in the shot put (12.1m), discus (32.12m), and hammer (32.31m) at the Osprey Open...took fifth in the shot put (12.15m) at the Middlesex Invitational...14th in the shot put (12.18m) at the NJAC Outdoor Championships.

2022 Season: Opened the outdoor season with a season-best throw of 28.82 in the discus at the Oscar Moore Invitational...season-long throw of 11.59m in the shot put at the NJAC Outdoor Championships.

Personal/High School: Exercise Science major...son of Tsigereda and Alemayehu...has one sister, Sosana.
